If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, just return them within 30 days, in original condition and we will replace them or refund the price of the product. (Shipping not included). We guarantee all our products against defects in manufacturing and workmanship, for 1 year from date of invoice.

Returns:
If you are returning merchandise, please contact our customer service department prior to shipping and enclose a copy of the invoice with any return.

Custom/Made-Up Clubs:
We can accept returns on custom work for defects only, and will repair or replace any problem equipment, for one year from date of invoice

Ordering and Shipping:
Payment:
We suggest using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or The Discover Card. We also can ship C.O.D. on component orders only, (no C.O.D. on made-up orders). For C.O.D. orders an additional $8.00 will be charged per tag. There will be a $25.00 charge for any returned check, regardless of check amount. Prices may change without notice.

Customer Service:
If you encounter a problem with any order, please have your customer number and invoice number in hand when contacting our customer service department at 800-597-5241.

Guarantee/Returns:
If any of your items arrive damaged, save the box and notify the carrier at once. Also, notify CSG immediately and explain the circumstances. We ask that you please include your customer number and invoice number. You may return any merchandise within 30 days for a full refund, provided it is in the same condition as when shipped to you.

Shipment:
Please use correct street address, not a P.O. box when ordering. All shipment, including express/overnight, is made through Federal Express and UPS (if requested). We do not offer a flat rate for shipping charges. Note: When two or more boxes are shipped on the same day, it is possible they will not arrive on the same day. Please allow 2-3 days before notifying us. All orders for overnight delivery will be shipped Federal Express. Overnight deliveries will be guaranteed only if ordered before 12:00 PM. (PST), Saturday delivery is also available through Federal Express at an additional $15.00 charge to next day rate.
