To determine the appropriate grip size, take a normal grip with the top hand, and then size grips so that the middle and ring fingers just touch the pad of the palm.
If the fingers don't touch the pad, a smaller grip is needed. Or, a standard grip can be stretched to achieve the same results.
If the fingers overlap the grip and pad of the palm, an oversized or jumbo grip should be used.
